We understand that plans can change, and we want to make the process as simple as possible.

• Refunds and Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before the workshop:
    You can cancel your booking and choose between:
    • A refund minus the payment processing fee (around €1– €2 depending on the amount)
    • A full credit/voucher to use toward another workshop.

  • Less than 24 hours before the workshop:
    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, as materials and preparation are already in place.

  • No-shows:
    If you don’t attend the workshop without notice, the booking will be non-refundable.

  Rescheduling
  If you need to move your booking to another date, please contact us as soon as possible at info@atallier.it.
  We’ll do our best to find an alternative time for you.

  Cancellations by Us
  If we ever need to cancel a workshop (for example, due to illness or unforeseen circumstances), you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  By booking a workshop, you agree to this cancellation policy.
